3. Redemption process
1. The user fills out a form on the website with information about the device.
2. Otkup.me evaluates the device and offers a purchase price.
3. If the user accepts the offer, the device is sent to the address Otkup.me or a personal delivery.
4. After reviewing the device, Otkup.me confirms the final price and makes payment to the user.
 
4. Payment

5. Returns and complaints

9. Dispute resolution
All disputes arising from the use of the website are resolved peacefully.
- If a peaceful solution is not possible, disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Montenegro.
